Webmaster i Pro is divided into several sections : Websites , Statistics , Sponsors , Content , Domains , Hosts , General and Reports

Websites can be considered the centerpiece of the application. It contains the website analyser which allows users to analyse their website and produce detailed results on pages , images , promotional material and audio/visual files. Additionally the website screen provides the user the opportunity to enter general information about the website together with where the website has been submitted and also where it is actually listed. Users can also enter submission details against individual pages and also determine which pages contain recipricol link information.

Statistics allows the user to enter detailed information on sales and memberships for all websites and sponsors. This information is displayed in a number of financial reports.

Sponsors gives webmasters a screen to record who the sponsors are they use for their websites. This screen can also hold information on all the sponsors particular products that the webmaster uses.Users can enter detailed contact information on all their sponsors. The user can access the website of the sponsor through this screen

Content functionality provides the user with the ability to record where they have bought the content for their website from and the associated costs. Detailed contact information on all content providers can be stored.The user can access the website of the content provider through this screen

Domains . An essential part of any webmastering activity is the purchase and maintenance of domains. Many webmasters have multiple domains and Webmaster i Pro allows the user to effectively maintain and track all domains. As with other screens the user can enter detailed contact information on all their domain providers

Hosts . The program has a sophisticated hosts sections that stores host details and multiple related host account details. Amongst other important details are the ability to record hosting costs, storage capacity and monthly bandwidth usage. Webmasters can store detailed contact information relating to all the hosting companies that they use.

General . As with any information system their is a need for users to be able to create , delete and modify various category information. The general screen allows users to achieve this while also providing security details and other options.

Reports . The reports section contains dozens of reports that return information on every aspect of the system from membership revenues to where particular websites are listed , hosting costs and numerous other details. Each report has an associated help file making it easy for the user to choose the report they need for their particular requirements.

Help is provided on all the screens. The system includes detailed help files for each of the reports and supplies the user with an easy to use step-by-step guide to using the program.
